BLACK CAP (filtered): intense, herbaceous flavor, with hints of artichoke and almond. Strong notes of bitter and spicy. Recommended for reach recipes with strong flavors, such as legume soup, grilled red meat, tomato and game sauces, radicchio and chicory.

GOLD CAP (unfiltered): unfiltered intense flavor, thicker and creamier. Especially recommended for bruschetta that warms your heart. It can be used as the filtrate. To be consumed quickly, when it is still creamy and the particles in suspension are not on the bottom.
