Our flagship created especially for catering. Only available in 5 litre format. It is made by a blend of olives with a prevalence of “leccino”. Its color is golden yellow, its scent is ripe fruity and its flavor is predominantly sweet with light bitter and spicy notes, to respect the flavor of each dish. Ideal as a base for all recipes.
